About us

We are a very long-established practice working on two sites in Bedford, looking after 12,500 patients. We are also care taking another local practice in Bedford with a list size of 9,000 patients. Bedfordshire is a great location and has a reputation for excellent schools, beautiful villages and countryside, close to Milton Keynes for shopping, and 35 minutes from London by train.

We are active members of our primary care network and we welcome collaborative working. Our vision is progressive, we are actively looking for new opportunities and are aspiring to be a training practice. We grow our own staff and are developing advanced nurse practitioners and healthcare support workers.

Our ethos at Queens Park Group Surgery is teamwork and we are incredibly proud of the culture we have developed which encourages personal and professional development. We love the fact that staff members join our team and stay with us, and we know the importance of supporting our staff to develop their careers. For example, one of our receptionists progressed first to an HCA role and is now working to become a nursing associate through the NA apprenticeship route.
