About us

De Parys Groups priority is to provide the highest standard of clinical care to the 38,000 patients registered with the practice. We aim to work collaboratively with other healthcare providers and support organisations, to enable more patients to be treated in a primary care setting, closer to home. We embrace a continuous improvement ethos and strive to ensure that we are available to patients when they need a consultation. We have a strong training ethos within the practice with a team of medical and non-medical educators as well as opportunities for non-clinical staff to develop and progress. Our team is currently made up of approximately 160 members of staff and is continually growing.

TDPG is fortunate to have its own dispensaries at our De Parys and Bromham sites. In addition to our routine GMS services, we offer a comprehensive range of services including minor surgery, LARC provision and anticoagulation clinics. We are developing under the National Association of Primary Care (NAPC) framework of 'Primary Care Home' and are actively working with the Mental Health Trust to integrate their services within the Practice. We also offer enhanced service provision for homeless patients. The Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) is a voluntary annual reward and incentive programme for all GP surgeries in England, detailing practice achievement results. We have high QOF achievement and excellent KPIs within the group.
