Job responsibilities

The main purpose of the role is to:

• Assume responsibility for financial management in liaison with the finance partners of the organisation, to include invoice processing, reconciliation, credit control, and creation and analysis of both financial and statistical reports.
• Preparation of financial information for end of year accounts to be signed off by external accountants.
• Reconciliation of both company bank accounts including processing receipts and payments
• Preparation of payroll and pension submission.

Knowledge and Skills

Essential

• Skills and experience required:
• Book-keeping/finance qualification or relevant experience
• Sound knowledge of MS Office/Quick book, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of payrolls/pensions
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
