In your role as Team Leader, your skills and expertise will provide leadership so that we always deliver a high-quality, patient-focused service. By adopting an approach of continuous improvement, you will deliver efficiencies in line with KPIs and objectives while never losing sight of patient and customer satisfaction. You will oversee the day-to-day duties of your team of advisors to ensure patient and customer focus is central to the business's commercial success.
Main duties of the job
Providing effective line management to a team of Sales and Customer Service Advisors, ensuring performance is managed within agreed SLAs Delivering on all monthly, quarterly and annual targets, specific individual, team and departmental objectives Coaching and mentoring direct reports to ensure continuous service improvement in-line with team strategy Supporting individuals to achieve the highest possible sales conversion rate Ensuring appraisals and personal development plans are completed and monitored Reporting on KPIs and taking corrective action when variations in individual performance occur Identifying trends in customer buying decisions and formulating plans to anticipate and manage future customer requirements Continually growing profitable sales revenue within the Vista function by predicting change and analysing trends in the self-referral market Identifying areas and opportunities for growth with the Vista function Generating monthly reports for the Senior Management Team Acting as the escalation point for complex customer complaints and queries Developing and maintaining key customer relationships Identify any training requirements in the team, providing coaching for team members as needed. Manage absence and time keeping effectively and proactively in line with policy and procedure.
