Job summary
In your role as Quality Process & Governance Manager you will work closely with management team at the PRC and the Clinical Quality team, as well as colleagues across the business. Your skills and expertise will provide a dedicated focus to manage and enhance our processes and controls that are in place to support patient safety and a high-quality, patient-focused, service at all times. By adopting an approach of continuous improvement, you will deliver improvements and efficiencies in line with key KPIs and objectives while never losing sight of patient and customer satisfaction.

You will, support the operational delivery and implementation of InHealths governance and risk frameworks, by providing advice, support and guidance to operational teams on all aspects of Healthcare governance including:
Clinical and non-clinical
Risk management
Patient safety
Data protection
Health and Safety

InHealth sees more than 3 million patients each year and our Patient Referral Centre (PRC) is focused on providing direct access and support to all our patients. At the Patient Referral Centre (PRC) we own each step of the patient journey. From the first referral to the final report, our fully qualified teams provide the care and support our patients need, every step of the way. The PRC is a vital part of the InHealth team responsible for ensuring our Patient Care Advisors provide the best customer service from initial acceptance of the referral, telephone booking the appointment through to the final report and beyond. As well as world class customer service, patient safety is a key priority.
As a Quality Process & Governance Manager you will work alongside colleagues at our dynamic and fast-paced sites to ensure our Advisors process accurate referrals, book appointments with ease, and ensure all patients receive the highest level of care and support at all times. As an integral part of our Patient Referral Management Team, you will work cross-functionally to improve & maintain our processes and systems to ensure that we consistently deliver world class patient care.

- Be a skilled and accomplished leader with a proven track record of guiding customer-focused teams to achieve success
