Job summary
As an InHealth Mobile Planning Co-Ordinator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support for InHealths mobile and static operations to ensure continuity of service, making healthcare better for all our patients. You will work as part of a team to organise and supply an efficient and effective delivery service on a day to day basis.
Main duties of the job
Ensuring the scheduling tool is efficient and correct
Preparing the database for daily communication to all mobile units
Booking helium fills on MRI units
Actioning any emails received
Ensuring the schedule is accurate with correct changes displayed
Completing all attendance records and ensuring they are accurate
Answering telephone calls and promptly dealing with as appropriate
Keeping the breakdown log up to date and reporting any relevant information, providing swift solutions when necessary
Ensuring accurate reporting of the mobile service using databases required
Providing essential information regarding changes to clinical days ensuring all possibilities are covered
Ensuring communication of scheduling and breakdown information to mobile and operations staff providing continuity of service wherever possible
Delivering on call support outside of normal working hours as part of a 5-way rota to provide operational support for out of hours emergencies.
