Main duties of the job

As our Lead Nurse / ODP, you will:

  • Inspire and support your team to deliver safe, high-quality endoscopy care
  • Act as a visible leader and role model-someone colleagues can turn to
  • Drive continuous improvement and help shape how the service evolves
  • Support learning, development, and performance across the team
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure resources are managed effectively to deliver a smooth, patient-centred service
