Were looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Administrator to join our Child Health Information Service (CHIS) team in Harrow. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week), currently Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional Saturday morning shifts (paid overtime or time off in-lieu), should the work pattern ever change.
Main duties of the job

CHIS plays a vital role in delivering the Healthy Child Programme, ensuring childrens health records are accurate and up to date.
You'll be supporting healthcare professionals by maintaining essential data that enables timely health interventions such as immunisations and screenings.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured tasks, thrives on accuracy, and takes pride in supporting a service that impacts children's lives across London.
What You'll Be Doing
- Accurately update and maintain child health records.
- Register new birth notifications promptly.
- Record immunisations and screening results.
- Process records for children moving in or out of the area.
- Transfer records to relevant healthcare providers.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to provide accurate information.
- Support failsafe processes to ensure children receive necessary health interventions.
- Carry out general administrative and ad hoc duties as required.
