Main duties of the job
What youll do:
- Lead and support the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality LCS services
- Provide expert clinical oversight and act as a role model across sites
- Coordinate training, education, and competency development for nursing teams
- Support service development, research initiatives, and quality improvement
- Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to meet national standards
What were looking for:
- NMC-registered nurse with strong respiratory or LCS experience
- Proven leadership in clinical education and service delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage change, support teams, and drive continuous improvement
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly across multiple sites
