Main duties of the job
What Youll Do:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a Digital First patient engagement strategy aligned with InHealths vision.
Lead and inspire operational and digital teams to foster a culture of innovation.
Act as the key liaison between digital, operational, and executive teams to drive digital transformation.
Patient Engagement & Experience
Create and implement strategies that enhance patient experience, focusing on digital-first solutions.
Work closely with clinical and operational teams to deliver seamless patient journeys.
Use digital and data insights to drive engagement, accessibility, and satisfaction.
Performance & Budget Management
Develop and manage the operational and digital engagement budget efficiently.
Establish key performance metrics to measure and continuously improve patient engagement outcomes.
