Were looking for a Health Improvement and Administration Support Officer to join the London and East Surrey AAA (Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm) Screening Programme. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting health improvements and supporting the team to ensure a smooth screening process for patients.

Main duties of the job

What Youll Do: Provide administrative support to the London and East Surrey AAA Screening team Ensure a robust pathway is in place for screening patients Build and maintain relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders Lead health promotion activities to improve the programmes reach Support key KPIs and help drive programme success Manage the Screening Management and Recall Tracking (SMaRT) software Coordinate and promote health improvement campaigns

Responsibilities: Operate SMaRT software daily to manage patient bookings and data Handle telephone queries with professionalism and empathy Support health promotion initiatives, including community engagement Coordinate professional and patient engagement forums Maintain accurate records and support quarterly and annual reporting Assist in training and mentoring new team members Ensure all screening appointments are efficiently scheduled and rescheduled as needed Promote equal uptake in all patient groups, including those with learning disabilities
