Job Title: Respiratory Physiologist
Salary: Competitive
Hours: 37.5hrs per week. Monday- Sunday as per local rota, varying shift pattern.
Location: Torbay
Following the Michael Richards report, in which it was highlighted that diagnostic services should be delivered taking a new approach to provide more accessibility to people in the community, away from acute settings, we at InHealth are excited to be partnering with the NHS to develop new Community Diagnostic Centres across the country to support this vision.
We are delighted to be opening a new Community Diagnostic Centres in Torbay , and are actively recruiting now.
Right now, we are looking to recruit Respiratory Physiologists into the team, to leading our respiratory clinics. .
Main duties of the job
What will you do:
As a Respiratory Physiologist, as a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for performing and supporting the reporting of high quality respiratory diagnostic tests.
-Performing multiple respiratory examinations to a high quality and with precision
-Record all data accurately within the policy
-Interpret assessments as required
-Supporting the patient pathway within respiratory, ensuring patients understand the procedure they are about to undertake and any reasonable adjustments are made
-Maintaining the quality control of the equipment
-Training and mentoring the team
-Provide reports as requested by your manager
-Assist and participate in audits as required.

- Supporting the patient pathway within respiratory, ensuring patients understand the procedure they are about to undertake and any reasonable adjustments are made
- Maintaining the quality control of the equipment
