As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will perform the role as a subject matter expert, across several key infrastructure areas, including:
Infrastructure Security & Hosting
Active Directory Administration
Exchange & MSO 365 Administration
You will deliver a first class, solution-based service to InHealth IT Customers. Providing technical leadership on multiple IT projects, working as part of a team designing the InHealth infrastructure.

Main duties of the job
Support project and implementation work across the infrastructure estate, including: infrastructure security, MS O365 optimisation and collaboration, active directory clean up and compliance, and ISO27001 re-certification.
Identify and reduce single points of failure and vulnerability within the infrastructure.
Monitor the performance of the infrastructure ensuring optimal performance, providing pro-active support as required.
Ensure support documentation exists and is up to date for all infrastructure components.

- Previous experience of supporting large multi-site data centers, with the ability to isolate and solve performance problems in complex systems.
- Hold the ability to work under pressure and to challenging timescales.
Knowledge of the following:
- Windows Server 2008 upwards
- Azure
- Active Directory
- GPO, DHCP, DNS
- M365 (Exchange, Sharepoint)
- InTune MDM
- TCP/IP LAN/WAN network environments (Cisco Routers, Firewalls, Switches, Wireless etc)
- Powershell
- VMWare
