Job summary

We are currently seeking a hard-working and motivated Project Administrator to join our international team. You would be involved in supporting the team developing the first global severe asthma registry ever developed, joining a young and enthusiastic team in supporting a globally-renowned project.

Main duties of the job

  • Manage external and internal project correspondence.
  • Provide extensive administrative support to the Project Team and office staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports for external and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and schedule project and staff meetings, taking into account various time zones and availability of participants.
  • Attend project and staff meetings and actively participate in discussions, taking notes and capturing key decisions and action items.
  • Produce accurate and timely minutes of the meetings, highlighting important discussions, decisions, and follow-up tasks
  • Responsible for complex diary management which requires interaction with senior personnel both internally and externally.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure that deadlines are met by coordinating with team members

  • Very strong attention to detail and an ability to use ones own initiative.
  • Professional attitude and the ability to communicate with international colleagues and company Directors.
