Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within NTW Solutions Limited, in the role of a 30hour per week Receptionist based at St Georges Park Hospital in Morpeth.
The successful candidate will be working over a 4 week rota, various shifts patterns 7am till 13.00 & 15.00 till 21.00
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role will include;
- To provide a pro-active, effective and efficient comprehensive receptionist/admin service ensuring high quality and timely communications.
- To greet patient's staff and visitors who come to the reception desk and provide information and assistance where appropriate

All members of the Facilities department
All staff, visitors, patients and members of the public
All other departments/wards
Ward and Departmental Managers
Fire and Security Officers
Emergency services and external authorities
To maintain confidentiality and promote excellent customer liaison at all times
Shall be prepared to undertake additional training in order to fulfil the requirements of the post, or new duties or to further develop your duties.
To participate in all training as directed by the Line Manager.
