The role will support and enhance the provision of the Employee Staff Records (ESR) Team as well as the agenda for change (A4C) job evaluation service.
Main duties of the job
As a Workforce Officer you will:
Provide a high-quality, cost-effective service; responsive to the needs of managers and staff across the CNTW Group, for predominantly the Electronic Staff Records Functions (ESR).
You will ensure the ESR system is up to date, accurate, and carry out maintenance to the system to ensure integrity of the data, and staff changes are processed.
Support the service to enhance the customer service experience for managers, staff and candidates across the CNTW Group,
Liaise with an array of managers, staff and external bodies as necessary on a daily basis.
Ensure relevant policies/procedures and employment legislation is adhered to.
The Workforce Officer will possess excellent Organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage a changing workload.
We don't expect you to be an expert in Human resources, maintaining staff records, or Agenda for Change, we are looking for an effective communicator, someone willing to learn and someone with great customer service. Attention to detail will be key.
