An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy Recruitment Team as a Recruitment Officer.
We are looking for someone who is a customer focused person with excellent planning and organisational skills to join our friendly and supportive team.
We don't expect you to be an expert in HR Recruitment, we are looking for an effective communicator, who will be required to provide an efficient and effective administrative recruitment service, ensuring compliance with department procedures and safe recruitment processes. Attention to detail will be key.
This is an excellent opportunity for a team player who relishes a challenge and is keen to use their own initiative as well as work within a dedicated team.
Main duties of the job
We deal with all aspects of the recruitment service for non-medical roles within the CNTW Group. The role involves end to end recruitment including:
- Processing adverts
- liaising with managers and candidates
- hosting assessment centers
- undertaking pre-employment checks
- producing offer letters and contracts of employment
- Inductions and pay affecting changes to the Staff Records System
You must have sound computer literacy skills including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
