Job summary

Supporting the Senior Estates Manager, the purpose of this role is to ensure that local site services meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with policies and procedures, legislation, and statutory requirements. The Estates Coordinator will be responsible for the co-ordination of in-house/outsourced services in a facilities service provision across a portfolio of properties.

Job responsibilities

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Estates Coordinator to join our team based at Rushey Mead Health Centre. This is a permanent position working full time. This is a hybrid role, which will involve working at different sites in the Leicestershire area including Melton and Market Harborough. The starting salary on offer would be £30,000 per annum negotiable depending on experience. plus £3k car allowance. The working hours will be flexible between 08:00am until 18:00pm Monday to Friday. A driving licence is required.   • Broad FM and Property experience both Soft and Hard FM
  • Knowledge of FM building compliance, Healthcare cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also capable of working independently within appropriate Delivery guidelines.
  • Demonstrable experience in dealing with Customers, Partners and the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Knowledge of achieving service delivery KPIs and associated targets
