We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Services and Marketing Manager to join our leadership team. This hybrid role is a new and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to steer and lead on this service development. This combines clinical oversight with strategic marketing to drive patient engagement, service excellence and business growth.
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical services including community imaging services, and develop new services in both NHS and private healthcare, ensuring excellence in patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. You will lead and support a multidisciplinary team, driving innovation and continuous improvement in community healthcare.
Main duties of the job
Oversee day to day operations of clinical services to ensure efficiency, compliance and high patient satisfaction.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
Support new contract development from initial marketing requirements through to contract and agreement signing and overall service delivery
Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and service efficiency.
Provide leadership and support to clinical teams, promoting a culture of excellence and professional development.
Monitor clinical performance metrics and ensure adherence and compliance to healthcare standards and regulations
Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including NHS partners and community organizations.
Monitor and evaluate service performance, ensuring key performance indicators are met.
Marketing and Business Development:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote clinical services and attract new patients
Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social medica, website content etc
Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
Build partnerships with referring clinicians and other stakeholders (individual and organisational)
