The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Services Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical services including community imaging services, ensuring excellence in patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. You will lead and support a multidisciplinary team, driving innovation and continuous improvement in community healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the delivery of clinical services across our community-based programs including radiology services.

Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and service efficiency.

Provide leadership and support to clinical teams, promoting a culture of excellence and professional development.

Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical governance and safeguarding frameworks.

Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including NHS partners and community organizations.

Monitor and evaluate service performance, ensuring key performance indicators are met.

Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential

• A professional healthcare qualification (e.g., sonographers, nursing, other allied health, or equivalent).

Experience

• Proven experience in clinical or operational management within a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A thorough understanding of clinical governance, safeguarding, and quality standards.
