Job summary

Lead and manage the delivery of clinical services across our community-based programs including radiology services.

Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and service efficiency.

Provide leadership and support to clinical teams, promoting a culture of excellence and professional development.

Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical governance and safeguarding frameworks.

Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including NHS partners and community organizations.

Monitor and evaluate service performance, ensuring key performance indicators are met.
