Practice Nurse

Job summary

The core purpose of this post is to take responsibility to provide high quality practice nursing care to meet the needs of the patients accessing appointments at Grange Farm Medical Centre; which includes treatment, screening, preventative care, patient education, clinical quality systems maintenance; and the supervision of any less qualified clinical colleagues, while working in partnership with other clinical, management and administrative colleagues to meet Grange Farm Medical Centre developmental goals and vision.

Main duties of the job

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Practice Nurse that can work within a multi-disciplinary team within General Practice. This is a patient facing role and will require a high level of professional patient care.
