Main duties of the job
As a Sous Chef at Aria Healthcare, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking fresh, nutritious meals for the residents of Scoonie House, a 36-bedded residential home. You will work closely with the Head Chef, leading by example and demonstrating your culinary skills and creativity. The role consists of straight shifts, with no evening work, and includes a fully supported induction to showcase the technical skills required in the healthcare industry. You will also have the opportunity to mentor the team and progress within the Chef academy.
