Job summary
This is a senior care assistant role at Aria Healthcare's Hillview Court care home in Sauchie, Alloa. The home provides care for residents with learning disabilities, dementia, and nursing needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting both residents and staff in their everyday lives, taking on a leadership role and encouraging development within the team.
Main duties of the job
The senior care assistant will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents with a range of needs, including those with learning disabilities and dementia. They will be expected to take on a leadership role, mentoring and developing the wider care team. The successful candidate will have an SVQ Level 3 in Healthcare and previous experience in a similar role.
