Job summary

The role of Head Chef at Cedar View Care Centre in Croydon, a 65-bed Residential, Nursing & Dementia Home with a 'Good' CQC rating and a 9.8 rating on Carehome.co.uk. Main duties of the job

The Head Chef will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality, nutritious meals for the residents of Cedar View Care Centre. They will need to have a passion for food and a creative flair to showcase hospitality at a high level. The role involves working straight shifts with no evenings, and a fully supported induction to develop the technical skills required in a healthcare setting. The Head Chef will also have the opportunity to mentor the catering team and help them progress through the Chef academy.
