This is an exciting opportunity to join Aria Healthcare as a Registered Nurse at their Miranda House care home in Swindon, Wiltshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading an amazing care team and promoting the independence and dignity of the individuals in your care.

Main duties of the job

As a Registered Nurse at Aria Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to the residents at Miranda House. This will involve assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, administering medication, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for the individuals in your care. You will also be required to supervise and support the care team, ensuring that they are delivering care in accordance with Aria Healthcare's policies and procedures.
