Job summary

The Deputy Manager role at Aria Healthcare in Winshill offers an exciting opportunity for a caring and experienced nurse to take on a leadership position. Main duties of the job

As the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Home Manager in the overall management of the care home. This will include supervising and supporting the nursing team, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the service. You will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep commitment to promoting the wellbeing and independence of the residents.
