Aria Care is looking for a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to support both residents and staff at their Solent Grange Care Home in Wootton, Isle of Wight. The home is a 89-bedded Residential, Nursing and Dementia Care facility with a CQC rating of 'Good' and a 9.7 rating on Carehome.co.uk.

Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents, while also taking on a leadership role within the team. You will be required to work alternate weekends and a rotation of day and night shifts (12-hour shifts). Medications training is essential for this role.
