Main duties of the job
The care assistant role involves providing direct care and support to the residents of Coxhill Manor, a residential, nursing, and dementia care home operated by Aria Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily activities, such as personal care, mobility, and social engagement. They will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being and quality of life for the residents. The role offers full-time hours, including every other weekend, and a competitive hourly rate of £12.60.
