The role of a Kitchen Assistant at Aria Healthcare's Denham Manor is to provide support in the kitchen of a 52-bedded Residential, Nursing, and Dementia care home. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks such as food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment. Main duties of the job

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the kitchen team in preparing and serving meals for the residents. This includes tasks such as washing and chopping vegetables, portioning out meals, and ensuring the kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-organized. You will also be responsible for following all food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment. The successful candidate will be a fast learner, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
