Main duties of the job

The Head Chef will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality, nutritious meals for the residents of Holmwood Care Centre. The role requires a highly skilled and passionate chef with the creative flair to provide a great dining experience for the residents. The Head Chef will lead and mentor the catering team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to ensure the catering operations run smoothly and efficiently.

We are looking for a passionate Chef that will lead by example, mentor your team and have the creative flair to showcase high level hospitality.  The role consists of straight shifts & no evenings!  There will be a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare and an opportunity to mentor our teams to progress in our own Chef academy.
