Job summary

This is a great opportunity for a friendly, caring, and welcoming individual to join the team at Brook House Care Home in Towcester, Northampton. The role of Weekend Receptionist involves providing a warm and efficient reception service to residents, visitors, and staff.

Main duties of the job

As a Weekend Receptionist, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and customer service tasks, such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing bookings and appointments, and providing general support to the care home. You will be an effective communicator with a passion for helping others, and you will work closely with the care team to ensure a smooth and seamless operation.
