Main duties of the job
As the Regional Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the catering operations across multiple care homes in the Scotland area. Your primary duties will include planning and preparing fresh, nutritious meals using the best available ingredients, mentoring and leading your team, and showcasing your culinary expertise to deliver a high-level hospitality experience for the residents. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the catering service meets the residents' dietary needs and preferences, while also maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
