Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to support both residents and staff at their 39-bedded Nursing, Residential & Dementia care home in Dorking, Surrey. The role involves working 36 hours per week, including every other weekend, and offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.30. Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents, while also taking a leadership role and encouraging development and growth within your team. Your duties may include assisting with personal care, medication administration, and creating a comfortable and engaging environment for the residents. You will be expected to work closely with the nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the residents.
