The role of Sous Chef at Walstead Place, a 41-bedded Residential Care Home, involves creating fresh, nutritious meals for the residents using the best ingredients available. Main duties of the job

We are looking for a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Walstead Place. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and serving fresh, nutritious meals for our residents. The role requires a passion for food, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen team. The Sous Chef will also be expected to mentor and support the progression of our kitchen staff within the Chef Academy.
