Main duties of the job

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily activities, such as personal care, medication administration, and social engagement. You will work closely with the nursing and care teams to develop and implement care plans, ensuring the residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met. The role requires a rotation of day and night shifts, as well as working alternate weekends.
