• Salary: £ 80,000 + Bonus + Benefits

• Overseeing 2 Homes, L Hermitage 42 Beds & Beaumont Villa 24 Beds

Qualifications

Essential

• The successful candidate will have strong leadership experience in a similar role within the care sector, a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, and a confident, compassionate approach that thrives in a collaborative environment. You will also be a Registered Manager with a strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance.
