Marchglen Care Centre is a purpose-built home for up to 37 residents, comprising of four houses that make up the Marchglen community. The team provide care for residents living with a learning disability, those who require complex care that requires specialist.

Main duties of the job

As the new Home Manager, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. You will foster a culture of empathy, respect, and continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community. You will uphold the organisation's values of Care from the Heart, ensuring every resident feels safe, supported, and fulfilled.

Currently there are residents between the ages of 22 to 90 who call Marchglen their home. Marchglen is a unique service as it offers specialist provision of care which is inclusive of younger adults.
