• £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Home Manager to Join a dedicated and compassionate care team where your skills and heart can truly make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

Why Join Marchglen?

A purpose-built home for up to 37 residents, comprising of four houses that make up the Marchglen community. The team provide care for residents living with a learning disability, those who require complex care that requires specialist. Currently there are residents between the ages of 22 to 90 who call Marchglen their home. Marchglen is a unique service as it offers specialist provision of care which is inclusive of younger adults.

As our new Home Manager, you will:

Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Foster a culture of empathy, respect, and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community. Uphold our values of Care from the Heart, ensuring every resident feels safe, supported, and fulfilled.

• The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in a similar role within the care sector, a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, and a confident, compassionate leadership style that thrives in a collaborative environment. They should be a Registered Manager with a strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance.
