Job summary
Aria Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join their team at their 61-bed nursing and dementia home in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire. The home has a CQC rating of 'Good' and is highly rated by residents and their families. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection prevention control throughout the home, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for the residents.
Main duties of the job
The Housekeeper will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to: cleaning and maintaining all areas of the home, including bedrooms, communal spaces, and bathrooms; ensuring high levels of hygiene and infection control; replenishing supplies and managing the laundry; and contributing to the overall wellbeing of the residents. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to providing a high-quality service.
