Main duties of the job
We are looking for a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Bourne House Nursing Home. The role requires 40 hours per week, with alternate weekends, and offers a competitive pay rate. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving fresh, nutritious meals for our residents, while supporting the Head Chef and leading by example. They should have a passion for food and the ability to showcase their culinary skills to provide a high level of hospitality. The role includes a fully supported induction, where the candidate will learn the technical skills required in healthcare and have the opportunity to mentor our teams in our Chef academy.

The role consists of straight shifts & no evenings!
