Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Aria Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors, residents, and staff. Your duties will include answering telephone inquiries, managing the reception area, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed. You will work part-time, 16 hours per week, on Saturdays and Sundays, with a 2-week induction during the week. The working hours are either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.
