Job summary
This is a senior care assistant role at Aria Healthcare, a 41-bedded residential, nursing, and dementia care home in St Peter, Jersey. Main duties of the job
The senior care assistant will work full-time (36 hours per week) on 12-hour night shifts, with alternate weekends required. The role involves providing high-quality care to residents, medication management, and leading and developing the care team. The successful candidate will have senior care assistant experience and an RQF 2 or 3 qualification, as well as a desirable medication training qualification.
