The Head Chef role at Aria Healthcare's Dormy House in Sunningdale, Berkshire, is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and passionate chef. This 88-bed residential, nursing, dementia, and palliative care home is seeking a creative and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team in providing fresh, nutritious meals for the residents.
Main duties of the job
As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing meals using the best fresh ingredients. You will lead and mentor your team, fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen environment. The role offers a fully supported induction, showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare, and an opportunity to develop your team through Aria Care's Chef Academy. This is a permanent position with a salary of £39,239 per year, and no evening shifts.
