Job summary
The Activities Co-ordinator role at Bourne House Nursing Home is a part-time position (22.5 hours per week) responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of engaging activities to the residents. Main duties of the job
As the Activities Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating a variety of activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of the residents. This may include social events, outings, arts and crafts, music therapy, and other stimulating experiences. You will work closely with the care team to ensure that each resident's individual needs are met, and you will be responsible for documenting and reporting on the activities and their impact. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a genuine desire to enrich the lives of the residents.
