Job summary
The Site Maintenance Officer role at Aria Healthcare's Denham Manor care home is responsible for managing health and safety, undertaking remedial work, and liaising with external contractors. This includes undertaking general repair and maintenance tasks, as well as coordinating with external contractors for more complex work. The role requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the wider care team.
