Aria Healthcare is seeking a skilled Chef to join their team at Bradbury House, a 20-bedded residential care home in Braintree, Essex. The role involves creating fresh, nutritious meals for the residents using the best ingredients available. The successful candidate will have a passion for food and the creative flair to deliver high-level hospitality.

Main duties of the job

As a Chef at Aria Healthcare, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious, nutritious meals for the residents of Bradbury House. You will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and lead by example, mentoring the team and contributing to the development of the in-house Chef academy. The role offers a fully supported induction and the chance to work in a diverse and inclusive environment, where learning from each other's cultures, beliefs, and experiences is encouraged.

  • Candidates should have previous experience as a Chef, ideally in a healthcare or hospitality setting. Strong cooking skills, attention to detail, and a passion for food are essential. Knowledge of dietary requirements and the ability to cater for different dietary needs would be an advantage.
