Job summary
Aria Care are currently looking to add a detail driven Administrator to their busy and growing Property Services Team. This exciting and varied new role will see the candidate supporting the wider property and Health and Safety teams with occasional Head Office Reception cover when needed.
Main duties of the job
The ideal person for this role will have Administration experience within a busy office environment with reception work a bonus. Key requirements include excellent organisation and communication skills, ability to use own initiative, multi-task and operate in a busy and fast-moving environment, and good IT skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. The candidate should also be happy and confident speaking to colleagues and visitors both face-to-face and on the phone.
