The role of Head Chef at Aria Healthcare's Scoonie House in Leven, Fife is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and passionate chef. Main duties of the job
As the Head Chef at Aria Healthcare's Scoonie House, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious, nutritious meals for the residents. You will lead a team of kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service. The role requires a strong background in healthcare catering, with the ability to cater for diverse dietary requirements and preferences. You will also be responsible for menu planning, stock management, and budgeting. There will be a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare and an opportunity to mentor our teams to progress in our own Chef academy.
