Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and compassionate Registered Home Manager to lead a dedicated team at Cranmer Court, a purpose-built care home in the picturesque village of Farleigh. Main duties of the job

As the new Home Manager, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care, fostering a culture of empathy, respect, and continuous improvement. You will build strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community, upholding the organization's values of 'Care from the Heart' to ensure every resident feels safe, supported, and fulfilled. The role requires strong leadership experience in a similar position within the care sector, a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, and a confident, compassionate approach that thrives in a collaborative environment. You will also have a strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance.
