Main duties of the job

As a Sous Chef at Aria Healthcare, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef, leading by example, and showcasing your creative flair to provide high-quality, hospitality-level meals for the residents. The role involves working straight shifts with no evening work, and you will receive a fully supported induction to learn the technical skills required in a healthcare setting. There is also an opportunity to mentor the team and progress within the company's Chef Academy.
