Job summary
The role of an Activities Coordinator at Aria Healthcare is to plan and organise engaging activities and events for the residents of the 45-bed Residential, Dementia & Nursing Home in Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire. Main duties of the job
As the Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a diverse range of activities and events that cater to the diverse needs and interests of the residents. This may include arts and crafts, music, games, outings, and other engaging experiences. You will work closely with the residents, their families, and the care team to understand their preferences and tailor the activities accordingly. The role requires excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to ensure that every resident has the opportunity to participate and enjoy the activities.
